At Organic Cotton Vibe, we aim to ensure your shopping experience is smooth, transparent, and reliable. Please read our Delivery & Payment policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed, shipped, and paid for.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We proudly ship from our Australian base to both domestic and international customers.

Domestic (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas).

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas).

  • Regional and remote areas may require additional delivery time.

International:

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing).

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather disruptions) are outside of our control.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over AUD $150.

  • International free shipping thresholds may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international customers, import duties, taxes, and fees may apply once the package arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

5. Payment Methods

We offer safe, flexible, and secure payment options:

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

  • Afterpay (Australia only): Shop now, pay later in 4 interest-free installments

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are purchasing from overseas, your bank or card provider may charge conversion fees.

6. Failed Deliveries & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, redelivery fees may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at organiccottonvibe@gmai.com within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
